Cancellation and failed to attend policy:

​

A deposit of £10, or the full treatment price if this is lower, is required to secure your booking.

When you attend the appointment this will be deducted off your final bill, or can be refunded or put towards your next treatment if you decide to cancel the appointment, provided that you give me at least 24 hours notice of the cancellation.  If cancellation takes place less than 24 hours before an appointment time, the £10 deposit will be forfeit to compensate for the lost time.

Patch test requirements:

​

For all tint treatments a patch test is required a minimum of 48 hours before treatment. This is to ensure that you have no allergic or adverse reaction to any product for your own safety and well being. Please note, I will not carry out a tint treatment without this requirement.

Female only massage clients:

​

Due to massage treatments being carried out in my own home this service is for female clients only.

​

I reserve the right to decline a treatment at my own discretion. In the event of a deposit being paid this will be refunded.

​

Over 16s only permitted within the salon.
